Growing up in Mississippi, Will Baggett developed an early connection to sports and team environments—experiences that would later shape his philosophy on leadership, performance, and connection.
At Baylor University, Will stepped into a dual role as an athletic performance coach and graduate assistant, working hands-on with student-athletes. It was there he began blending the science of performance with the art of leadership, building a foundation that continues to influence his work today.

From 2017-2020, Baggett served as the Operations Coordinator and Chief of Staff for the College Football Playoff. During that time, he was recognized by the White House Department of Communications for his operational excellence and communication skills.
Over the course of his decade of service to the sports industry, Will helped produce events such as the Super Bowl, Peach Bowl, Final Four, and a host of college football bowl games.
